Kevin Friery

'I'm A Counsellor, Get Me Into There'

The wellbeing agenda requires counsellors to develop a new approach to professional practice. What are the skills and attitudes that will help, and what will hinder? How can we make a positive contribution and become a true strategic partner? What can counsellors offer over and above "Me and You In A Room"? With a background as a counsellor and a manager in the public, private and voluntary sectors, Clinical Director of a large Employee Wellbeing organisation and Chair of BACP Workplace, Kevin Friery brings a unique perspective to bear on these questions.
